It has elasticized puff sleeves, two layers of sheer chiffon, a nice big lace trimmed peter pan collar with flowers, and it ties in the front. It's in excellent condition, labeled "100% nylon, Nan Flower". The Bust measures 44" maximum, Waist about 46", from the top to the hem 23". This is an authentic vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary).
